With 11 years of experience in the real estate industry, I bring marketing expertise and client-focused service to help you buy or sell with confidence. As the founder of Staircase Partners — a full-service real estate team that grew out of my real estate media brand, Staircase Photography — I've helped over 700 agents market nearly 7,000 homes, supporting more than $2.5 billion in real estate sales across Northern Virginia. I was born and raised in Charlottesville and went on to Virginia Tech before moving to Northern Virginia in 1999, where I worked as a software developer. I later started a Salesforce consulting firm before founding Staircase Photography in 2016. During my early years here, I was also a National Referee with US Soccer and officiated in Major League Soccer for three years.
Outside of work, I'm a proud dad of four. My son is a Navy officer, my eldest daughter is an ER nurse in Fairfax, and my two younger daughters are in college studying criminal justice and biology. In my free time, I enjoy trail running and wildlife photography.
As a REALTOR® licensed since 2017, I have the privilege of guiding clients through their real estate journey in Northern Virginia for the past 9 years. After 20 years as a military spouse, I understand the challenges that can come with moving. Prior to becoming a REALTOR® in 2013, I practiced as a Registered Nurse in various parts of the country since 1996, changing hospitals as our military family moved due to my husband's orders. My background provides a unique perspective to the real estate business and allows me to assist my clients by providing exceptional customer service and one-on-one relationships through dedication, determination, organization, and attention to detail.
