This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our Sites, you agree to the practices described below.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information when you use our Sites:
Information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, property address, and any details you submit through our "Get In Touch" contact pop-up, our free Staging Guide download form, or the RealScout home valuation tool.
Information collected automatically — such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs, collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies, including Google Analytics.
Information from third-party tools — including analytics and advertising pixels described below.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our Sites use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which helps us understand how visitors interact with our Sites and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The Meta Pixel may collect data about your visit and share it with Meta in accordance with Meta's Data Policy. Our Sites also use the Follow Up Boss Widget Tracker, which helps us understand visitor activity on our Sites and follow up with inquiries through our client relationship management system.
Contact Forms & Lead Capture
Our Sites include a "Get In Touch" pop-up form and a free Staging Guide download form. When you submit either form, the information you provide (such as your name, email, and phone number) is sent directly to Follow Up Boss, our client relationship management system, so our team can follow up with you.
Third-Party Services
Our home valuation and home search tools are powered by RealScout, a third-party service. When you use these tools, the information you enter is submitted directly to RealScout and may be shared with Staircase Partners for follow-up. Please refer to RealScout's own privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.
We use Follow Up Boss as our client relationship management system to track visitor activity and manage inquiries from our Sites, including submissions through our contact and guide-download forms.
We use Google Analytics to measure traffic and usage on our Sites, as described above.
Staircase Partners is a team brokered with Samson Properties. Information collected through our Sites may be shared with Samson Properties as required for brokerage, compliance, and transaction purposes.
Social Media
Our Sites link to our Facebook and Instagram profiles. If you interact with us on those platforms, your information is subject to that platform's own privacy policy, not this one.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, provide home valuation and search results, follow up about buying or selling a home, improve our Sites and marketing, and comply with legal and brokerage obligations.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with our brokerage (Samson Properties), service providers who help us operate our Sites (such as RealScout and Meta), and as required by law.
Your Choices
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails, disable cookies through your browser settings (note that some site features may not function properly if you do), and contact us directly to ask what information we hold about you or to request its deletion, subject to applicable law and our recordkeeping obligations as a licensed brokerage.
Children's Privacy
Our Sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
